leider hat GARMIN probleme damit die Tracks von heute und morgen hochzuladen, da anscheind irgendein Fehler auftritt.
sch...... technik.

nun gut, dann eben nur die eindrücke:
Gelaufen bin ich heute die ersten 15 Kilometer nach Pontremoli in 3h. Muss aber dazu sagen, dass es nur Bergab ging. trotzdem geil :)
die nächsten 28km gingen dann schon fast wie selbst. 

In pontremoli hab ich dann das erste mal Cornflakes mit Milch gegessen und hab dazu meinen Becher genutz. hahahaha, und das mit den Cornflakes wird sich von nun an als sehr nützlich erweisen - jeden Tag.

Geschlafen habe ich wieder auf einer der unzähligen Weinplantagen.

unfortunatelly I can not upload my current track + the track for tomorrow. GARMIN gives me always same error report "this format will not supported". crazy.

ok, no problem. today i ve got 43km.
Pontremoli was first stop. small town but enough for me. The main thing is they have a supermarket. and they are :)
my breakfast starts tooday with cornflakes and milk. first time but definitely not last time.... :)

for the night i found a place (as always in italy) anywhere in between wine plantation.
